We all know that vegetables are good for us, especially leafy greens. In Chinese Medicine, green leafy vegetables are good for the liver energy or Qi. They help build the blood and detoxify our bodies. Personally, I love vegetables, and enjoy them for lunch and dinner, and sometimes even for breakfast.
