Are you particular about the gender of the baby that you are going to have? Then, it will do you well to learn to use the fertility calendar. It lets you check and record the dates of your menstrual cycle. There are many fertility calendars for you to refer online. But you have another option which might be even better. Just create one of your own.

The only prerequisites are a good old wall calendar and a diary. Even the organizer in your cell phone can be used for this purpose. If you use one, you will be able to determine when the date of your next ovulation will be. This increases your chances of getting pregnant with a boy or a girl. To an extent, it lets you pick the gender of the baby that you are going to have.  Method of use…

How about the ancient Chinese charts (with a calculator of course!) of predicting gender?

At  Tao to Wellness, we are not even sure that these things really work… we’ve had patients swear by them, others say no way.  We think the most important thing is a healthy, scrumptious, little baby being carried to full term!  But have fun with the methods above and let us know if they worked for you!
